Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
